I wrote in the August 1999 issue of "Express Star Teller" magazine
(published by Express Publications of India) that things would be pretty
bad for Russia after the eclipse in August. Based on the chart at Russia
at the time of peak eclipse on 11th Aug 1999, I predicted that Russia
would face unrest and get involved in an armed conflict from August
1999. We saw Russia taking action against the Dagestani militants in August
1999 and attacking Chechnya later. This is exactly along the predicted
lines.
