As per the Hindu faith, each combinations of sounds has a specific effect on us when repeated many times with a good level of mental focus. Hindu sages studied these effects in depth and gave some sound combinations for us to propitiate certain planets and deities. These are known as "mantras".
I have recorded some simple mantras in my voice in standard MP3 format. The text is available for some mantras. I plan to grow this collection considerably in the coming one year. So keep checking regularly.
